The mySmilist Process
Your journey to a confident smile starts with an intra-oral 3D Scan with one of our Smile Experts either At-Home or At-Clinic. During this, we’ll do a one-time complimentary 3D scan of your teeth using German technology, it’s quick and painless. This scan helps us create aligners that are just right for you. Our experienced orthodontists will check if mySmilist aligners are the right fit for you.

Once your sets of aligners are ready, you’ll wear each set for about 22 hours daily. As your teeth move into place, you’ll switch to a new set every 2 weeks. Our dedicated team of dentists will monitor your progress to ensure everything’s going well.

How Long Will It Take?
How long your treatment takes depends on how much your teeth need to move. Most people wear their mySmilist aligners for 8 to 10 months, which can vary. We’ll give you a clear idea of what to expect based on your 3D Scan.
