Return Policy
Aligners are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product. If that happens, we’ve got you covered as long as the following conditions are met:
1. You must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving your aligners, along with an unboxing video as proof.
2. The aligners should be returned in their original, complete, unassembled condition, preferably in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Shipping Fees for Returns
The cost of shipping for returns will be your responsibility.
Refund Process
Once your Aligners are processed, we’re unable to offer a refund. Additionally, a Rs 3000 planning charge will be retained.
