Return Policy

We take utmost care while shipping and delivery of our products, still if there is any damage and they are delivered in a damaged condition or if any wrong product has been delivered then an option to return items purchased from the Site would be accepted and such request must be placed within 7 days of purchase of such product.

Other than that, products once ordered are not returnable or refundable.

Shipping fees for return of products shall remain your sole responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete, unassembled condition with preferably the original packaging accompanied with original invoice. The refund against returned products shall be initiated after receipt of such products by the Company.

Refund Policy

The final outcome is based on several factors including but not limited to the patient’s biology, periodontal care and your adherence to the instructions to be followed as directed by your orthodontist. For that reason, once the treatment has been started, you agree that you shall not be able to claim any refunds.

Hence for no reason whatsoever we shall entertain any instances of returns or refunds.
