   When you register in and avail the Company Services, we give you the option (under certain circumstances) prior to the treatment or during treatment to choose/opt for in-person consultation at your home or consultation via video and telephone conferencing. On selection of the mode, you understand and acknowledge that you have duly accorded your express as well as implied concurrence in accordance with the consent form for providing information required during these calls along with any impressions, scans, radiographs (x-rays) and photographs, as required on a case-to-case basis for diagnosis, treatment planning and progress tracking, to us.
8. Personal Information
   Our Privacy Policy governs your submission of personal information. You also agree that any information that you submit through the website that is communicated to our affiliated orthodontists will be accurate and complete.

   GTC respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires you to do the same. It is the policy of GTC to terminate the access privileges of those who repeatedly infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of others.     By providing your cell phone number, you have provided GTC with consent to send you text message alerts, notifications, and reminders. By providing this consent, you are authorizing GTC to contact you using automatic telephone dialling systems, automatic texting systems and artificial or pre-recorded messages. By providing this consent, you have also represented that you are the owner or customary user of any cell phone number, which you have provided to us. 17. Legal Disputes
    These Terms of Use and your relationship with GTC shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and GTC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
18. Modification of Agreement
    We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the amended terms on the website and you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use. All amendments shall automatically be effective 15 days after they are initially posted on the website. Your use of the website following the effective date of any modifications shall constitute your binding acceptance of those modifications.
19. General
    These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and GTC with respect to the website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between you and GTC.
    GTC ‘s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. If a portion of these Terms of Use is held unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
20.  mySmilist Patient Terms and Conditions
    
    mySmilist Guarantee: We guarantee 100% correction, provided the following steps are strictly followed: Wear your aligners for 22 hours a day for 14 days each, use the chewie 3 times daily for 2 minutes, and respond to follow-ups within one week.Follow-Up (Short-Term and Long-Term): Share progress pictures with and without aligners, stating the aligner count. Your dedicated dentist will review and update your treatment progress. Additionally, contact your dedicated dentist every two months for better assessment.Condition of Guarantee: The mySmilist guarantee is void if the above steps are not followed. A fee of Rs 2000 will apply if a clinic appointment is cancelled or rescheduled twice. Any lost, broken, or damaged aligners (including mishandled or thrown away aligners) will be chargeable.Payments: Timely delivery of aligners can only be ensured if all monthly instalments are paid as per the agreement. mySmilist is not responsible for any delays caused by late payments.STL Files, Rescan, and Replanning Charges: Further rescans and replanning will be chargeable in case of delay or non-compliance. STL files will not be shared post-scan but can be purchased for Rs 2000 if required.Reminder for Patients:If you have received reminders and there is non-tracking of treatment, and there has been no
    contact or response from you for 30 Days, we can discontinue your treatment. Post that any rescans
    and refinement aligners will be chargeable.

    Compliance:Treatment success depends on your compliance. Aligners must be worn for 20-22 hours every day and should be changed every 14 days to ensure proper progress.

    Impact of Medical History, Age, and Other Treatments: Your medical history may affect treatment progress or lead to relapse. Age can impact bone density and remodeling, potentially affecting progress or causing relapse after treatment. Concurrent dental treatments during aligner therapy may also disrupt your treatment progress.

    Continuous Treatment: Aligner treatment must be continuous. Any break due to personal, health, or mental issues may result in improper progress and affect your results.

    Timely Payments and Monthly Updates: You are responsible for timely payment of EMIs and installments, as delays can cause a hold-up in aligner delivery. You must also share post-evaluation pictures (PEP) every month.

    Attachment Care: Ensure that attachments remain intact throughout your treatment.

    Refinement: One round of refinement is allowed if you are compliant and final results are pending, provided it is reported within 45 days of your last aligner schedule.

    Fixed and Temporary Retainers: Fixed retainers should be monitored by the partner clinic’s doctor. If habits like tongue thrusting are present, relapse may occur. One set of temporary retainers is provided in the package, and you should not discontinue wearing them without consulting your doctor.

    Relapse and Damage: The company will not bear any cost for relapse that occurs naturally due to physiological and biological differences in teeth movement and bone remodeling. Any damaged aligners or retainers will be chargeable and should be reported within 24 hours.

    Extra Accessories and Charges: Any extra chewies, dry boxes, and other aligner accessories will be chargeable at standard prices. To
